Disney's late-summer / early-fall room promo is still live, and the travel window closes soon: most arrivals have to be done by October 3, 2026. The marketing line says “up to 30% off.” For most Moderate stays, the real number is 25%. And then Florida takes a cut of whatever is left.
What the promo actually is
Per MouseSavers (updated July 30, 2026) and Disney Tourist Blog:

Costco Travel mirrors the same travel window and lists a book-by date of October 3, 2026. MouseSavers notes the offer can end at any time. If you're reading this after that date, the math still works for whatever promo replaced it — just swap in the new percent.
Tax is not optional
Disney's rack rates on MouseSavers are usually shown tax-in. Orange County lodging tax is still 12.5% (6% state + 0.5% surtax + 6% tourist development tax). All-Star Resorts sit in Osceola County at 13.5%. The discount applies to the room; tax is recalculated on the discounted subtotal. You do not get 25% off the tax line.
The worked example (Caribbean Beach, Fall)
MouseSavers lists Caribbean Beach Fall 2026 (Sep 6–Oct 1 and Oct 5–17) Standard Location weekdays at $364 per night tax-included. That's about $324 pre-tax before the 12.5%.

Coronado Springs Village Standard Fall weekdays publish at $332 tax-in (~$295 pre-tax). Same 5-night, 25% math lands around $1,245 tax-in and roughly $415 saved versus rack.
One more thing the marketing never says out loud: a 25% room discount is not a 25% trip discount. Tickets, dining, Lightning Lane, and flights don't move. On an $8,000–$10,000 all-in family trip, $450 off the room is real money — and it's still a single-digit percent of the whole vacation.
What to actually do
Run your nights and promo percent.
